  • Application Storemeans the digital distribution service operated and developed by Apple Inc. (Apple App Store) in which the Application has been downloaded.
  • Companyrefers to MiraiDevs.
  • Devicemeans any device that can access the Service such as a computer, a cellphone or a digital tablet.
  • Servicerefers to the Application.
  • Terms and Conditionsmean these Terms of Use that form the entire agreement between You and the Company regarding the use of the Service.

These are the Terms and Conditions governing the use of this Service and the agreement that operates between You and the Company. These Terms and Conditions set out the rights and obligations of all users regarding the use of the Service.

Important Notice: Horizon Stream is a media player application. It does not provide, host, or distribute any media content, playlists, or streams. You are solely responsible for the content you access using the application.

You agree not to use the application to access content in violation of any applicable laws or copyright regulations.

Subscriptions

Payments

The Service or some parts of the Service are available only with a paid Subscription. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (such as monthly or annually).

Cancellations

Subscription management and billing are handled by Apple's App Store. You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal in your Apple ID Account Settings.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of MiraiDevs and its licensors.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Horizon Stream, nor its directors, employees, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of the Service.
